Delta NYCN Boss, Comrade Kenneth Okorie Celebrates, Gives Thanks To God.


…As Delta, South-South Number One Youth Leader Says, It is time to change the narrative

 It was joy unlimited as youth council leaders across Delta State joined their State Chairman of National Youth Council of Nigeria, Amb. Comr. Kenneth Okorie, in giving thanks to God.

The group of young leaders who stormed Agbor in their colourful traditional attires at the thanksgiving service held on January 16, 2022, at St. John Anglican Church, Agbor showcased different dancing steps in celebration of all that God has done for them.


The event culminated into a meeting of the NYCN State executive and chatper Chairmen where they were charged to live up to their responsibilities.


Speaking with newsmen shortly after the thanksgiving service, Comr. Okorie said the need for thanking God can not be overemphasized, pointing that it was a usual tradition for the youth council to appreciate God after a successful election.


Speaking further, the sagacious Delta youth Governor specifically appreciated God for the miraculous healing where people thought it was all over for him.


“This is the first successful one year of my second term in office, and I am thankful to God for all He has done for me, my family and the Delta State executive of NYCN.
“Indeed leadership is full of challenges but at the advent of any challenges, let there be an ability to surmount such challenges,” he said.


In the same vein, Comr. Okorie charged the young people of Delta State and Nigeria at large to speak with one voice so as to enable them change the narrative, adding that one of the tools to effect the needed change, was for all to arm themselves with their voter cards to vote the right leaders for good governance.


He concluded by wishing all safety journey back to their respective homes.
