As part of efforts to reward Meritorious service and Contributions to Nation building by traditional Institutions, The Monarch of Nnewi Kingdom, HRH Igwe Orizu III has honoured Nigerian Youth Model and finest politician, Professor Kingsley Moghalu yesterday bagged Chieftaincy tittle at the ancient City of Nnewi in Anambra State, Nigeria

The media learnt this in a chat with our reporter, he stated that on 28th December, 2020 that His Royal Highness, Igwe Orizu III honoured Prof Kingsley Moghalu with a Chieftaincy tittle in the ancient City of Nnewi, Anambra State as “IFEKAEGO OF NNEWI KINGDOM”

The Monarch said that the honor is as a result of his meritorious contributions to the development of Nnewi Kingdom.

Professor Kingsley Moghalu is a household name in Nigeria Political space owing to his stands for a better Nigeria and Youths Participation in politics.

Prof Moghalu, a Seasoned Economist and World Distinguished banker was one time Deputy Governor, Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). His coming into politics is a great blessing to Nigerians as he had encouraged the Youths with his sense of doggedness, determination, focus and quest for good governance.

The Nigerian Youth Political model cum refine World Distinguished Actvist has contributed maximally to Nation building in politics, Education banking and finance, Culture and tourism, Youths, Social and Women sector, Science and Technology sector, peace and security sector, general economy, infrastructural development, and human capital development in Nnewi Kingdom, Anambra State, Nigeria and the rest of the World.

To this end, highlighting the international dimension of his career before be returned home to the CBN, Professor Kingsley Moghalu was a senior official of the United Nations and served the world body for 17 years in strategic planning, nation-building, peace and security and development finance roles at duty stations in New York, Cambodia, Croatia, Rwanda, and Switzerland, rising from entry level to the highest career rank of Director.
