…Group Sets For A Rally on Fight Against Rape In London.

The Founder/CEO, Vera Gold Foundation and Vera Gold Production, Vera Gold has said that her organization is committed to consistent and strong partnership with Nigerian artistes, Nollywood and those in the entertainment sectors towards winning the war on fight against rape cases in Nigeria, Africa and the rest of the world as she prepares for a rally against the menace in London three months from today this year in July.
Vera Gold, a UK, United Kingdom (London) based entertainment, Nollywood Firlm producer, Director made this disclosure today being on Saturday, 9th April, 2022 in a telephone conversation with our reporter, stated that her mission is to end the menace of rape in Nigeria and the entire African Continent as she used the medium invites the general public and calls for support from philanthropic Individuals, groups, Governments or International donor agencies to boost the sensitization rally.
Investigation has shown that, “Vera Gold Foundation is one of the very few Foundation’s in Nigeria, African, and globally working towards ending the rising cases of different types of rape such as sexual assaults; sexual slavery, human trafficking, prostitution, spousal, prison, war, and date rape, while she enjoined the perpetrators to avoid the crime against humanity so as to prevent every elements of genocide, war crimes and victim’s traumatic stress disorder.
According to her, “rape is a type of sexual assault usually involving sexual intercourse or other forms of sexual penetration carried out against a person without that person’s consent; carried out either by physical force or coercion, abuse of authority or against a person who is incapable of giving a valid consent, unconscious, incapacitated, intellectually disabled or is below of legal age of consent. Rape can be committed by males against females, females against males, males against males, females against females and others”.
She stated that in the year 2021, that her organization has carried out some sensitization Programmes, rally in some states in Nigeria such Delta State, Asaba, and will soon embark on another rally in Nigeria in some states like Ogun State, Abeokuta, Lagos State and Imo state respectively, which said will be by next month in a very good attempt to end, fight against the menace in the society towards as the rate for reporting, prosecuting, convicting for rape cases in Nigeria, Africa and the rest of the World increases.
While calling on people all over the world to get themselves registered, and pick up the available tickets for the Entertainment event in London to end rape cases mance globally, she then noted that, “the next three months being July 9, 2022 , that she will be sponsoring, bringing some selected Nigerian Nollywood Actors, Artistes, Musicians to join her in a rally against menace in UK, London on the theme: “VOICE OF THE AFRICAN CHILD” to take place by 5pm at RIVER OF LIFE CENTRE, HATCHAM ROAD, LONDON”.
She added that, as her Organization continues to sensitize Nigerians, that this rally on fight against rape will soon be taken round the entire African countries to end menace as she is ready to partner with people, organizations, groups and Governments end menace.
